Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • All books are shipped from the printing facility nearest the buyers location.
  • e.Books are downloaded from our servers in Dallas, Chicago, and Fremont.
  • There are no shipping charges at all for e.Books.
  • Carriers and rates are selected at checkout by the buyer.
  • Standard domestic shipping rates apply.  
  • Typically, “Print On Demand” orders are printed in five business days. Selected carrier delivery times are added to that. Expect your package to arrive in six to twelve days, depending on which delivery method was chosen.

International Shipping

  • All books are shipped from the printing facility nearest the buyers location.
  • e.Books are downloaded from our servers in Dallas, Chicago, and Fremont.
  • There are no shipping charges at all for e.Books.
  • Carriers and rates are selected at checkout by the buyer.
  • Standard international shipping rates apply.  
  • Typically, “Print On Demand” orders are printed in five business days. Selected carrier delivery times are added to that. Expect your package to arrive in six to twelve days, depending on which delivery method was chosen.
  • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of you, the buyer. This may add to your expected delivery times.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, you the buyer will provide return shipping.
  • Domestic USPS "Media Mail" is the most economical rate.
  • Please see our Return Policy for more information on returns.

Tracking Shipments

We know that getting your purchases quickly is important to you, so we will make every effort to process your order as fast as we can.

After your order has been printed and has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

e.Books can be downloaded as soon as the order has been paid for and completed. You will be given a URL link to use for downloading. There is a time window of 72 hours to complete the downloading, and 3 attempts. Should you need more time, or more attempts, please email us at, [email protected].

If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
